Wisconsin Students Scored Shamefully Low in Reading

The Wisconsin teacher strike is focusing attention on teachers and an educational complex that has squandered trillions of dollars and given taxpayers failing schools in return. According to the U.S. Department of Education two-thirds of Wisconsin eighth graders "cannot read proficiently."
