Yesterday, The Hill reported that Patrick ("Patches") Kennedy took a swipe at Scott Brown:Scott Brown's (R-Mass.) election has been shown to be "a joke," the son of the late Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) said Thursday.Rep.
